Visiting, our pistachio spreads, ordering online and events: the questions we hear most.
Visiting
When are you open?
Tuesday to Sunday, 3:00–10:30pm. We're closed on Mondays. News goes up on Instagram first.
Where are you?
1F, No. 176-1, Sec. 1, Yonghe Rd., Yonghe Dist., New Taipei City, right across the street from Lehua Night Market. Directions on Google Maps
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, pets are welcome.
Is there seating?
Only a few seats. Most people take their gelato to go and eat it while walking the night market.
Why does the cone take a minute?
We bake each cone when you order it, so it's still crisp when you bite in.
Pistachio spreads
Can I buy them in the shop?
Yes. The pistachio spread, Dubai pistachio spread and pistachio cocoa spread we use are all made here, and we sell them by the jar.
What's the difference between Classic and Fine pistachio spread?
Both are 100% American pistachios, slow-ground at low temperature with no sugar or additives. Classic is ground just once, so it keeps a little texture and the strongest aroma. Fine is ground again for a long time until it's completely smooth and silky; it's the one we use in our pistachio gelato.
What's the Dubai pistachio spread?
Pistachio spread mixed with crisp, toasted kataifi: the crunchy layer inside Dubai chocolate.
How do I eat it?
On toast, stirred into yogurt, over ice cream or with pancakes. The Dubai spread is also great for making your own Dubai chocolate.
There's oil on top. Has it gone bad?
No, that's natural pistachio oil. It separates because we don't add anything to the spread. Just stir it back in.
Do you have gift boxes?
Yes: any 2 jars of 100ml (two different or two of the same) in a Chii! gift box, with a bamboo spoon.
Do you sell it for cafés and bakeries?
Yes, there's a 500g vacuum pack of the same pure pistachio spread we use, for baking, drinks and ice cream.
Ordering online (Taiwan only)
Can I order online?
Yes, if you're in Taiwan. Our online shop is in Chinese and ships within Taiwan only: 7-ELEVEN pickup NT$60 or home delivery NT$120, free over NT$1,000. Orders ship within 3–15 days after payment.

Can you come to our event?
Yes. Company events, launches, weddings, markets: we bring the freezer and tools and scoop on the spot. See how it works
Is there a minimum headcount? Where do you go?
Headcount, flavors and setup can all be tailored to you, so just tell us what you need. We cover Taipei and New Taipei.
How much does it cost?
It depends on headcount, flavors and location. Tell us your rough budget in the inquiry form and we'll put together a plan.
